We will guide you through the entirety of the planning process from start to finish to ensure your gathering is a great success. We offer a free 30-minute consultation to get better acquainted with our clients to discuss the plans they wish to make. From there, if we are a good fit for the project we send over a proposal for review and to follow a contract.

We are based in Lake Tahoe and go wherever our clients need us. Our portfolio showcases our frequent work in Lake Tahoe, San Luis Obispo, Palo Alto, San Diego and Northern California. We have traveled globally to meet our clients’ needs. Some of our favorite past destinations include Aix-en-Provence France, Verona Italy, Ortisei Austria and the Hawaiian Islands.

Cassandra Ream works directly with every client. Though she does have an intimate team of trusted colleagues and assistants, you’ll work one-on-one with Cassandra herself throughout the planning process rather than being handed off to someone else. She only takes on 5 clients a year to ensure that each one gets the level of attention and service they deserve. We work with our clients from the start to the finish of their wedding or event.
We offer two levels of services:
Consulting, Design and Coordination - we consult our clients in the beginning to ensure they successfully book the services they will need, as well as set them up for success to plan their wedding. Then we handle the largest part of planning - the design. And lastly, we take over coordination 6 weeks before their wedding to ensure a seamless affair.
Full Service Planning and Design - This service manages all aspects of planning and design for our clients to ensure a successful occasion.

Budgets are always customized to meet our clients’ needs and expectations. However, our clients typically budget a minimum of $650-$2,000 per guest.
